The guardians

Pandora is a living ecosystem, shaped with care and brought into form by Asim J. and Tanya M. Their role is not ownership, but guardianship: to bring structure, wisdom, and devotion to a project that ultimately belongs to the community it serves. It is a project of remembrance — of what becomes possible when human spaces are shaped with integrity, simplicity, and love.

Rooted in the Deep South of the Western Cape, Asim and Tanya hold Pandora as a prayer for regenerative living: a place where life, work, and soul can flow together again. They guide its emergence with a commitment to beauty, integrity, and sustainability — allowing this work and wellness sanctuary to grow organically from the land, the people, and the times we live in.

Asim Janjua

Entrepreneur, technologist, writer, coach and design leader with over 20 years of experience across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Asim’s career has woven through leadership roles at Google, the founding of the FinTech company Mamo in Dubai, mentoring startups and founders in human-centred design, wellbeing and integrated living. Beyond the corporate world, Asim’s passion has turned toward creating ecosystems that honour vitality, coherence and balance — practical structures that serve both human thriving and financial intelligence.

Personally he has journeyed, healed and worked ceremonially with sacred master plants from various traditions, has experience with the Hoffman process (UK) and through attending multiple Vipassana retreats has cultivated a deep practice in meditation.

Asim is a certified co active coach (CTI) and a certified psychedelic practitioner through the Psychedelic Coaching Institute.  He is trained in harm-reduction, self-healing and ethics. Together with his personal path of healing and his work in psychedelic integrated support, Asim brings a rare integration of precision, compassion and embodied wisdom to bridge healing modalities from our ancestors to the modern world, through structured enquiry, somatic presence and real-world embodiment — helping individuals metabolise insight into lasting and meaningful change.

Now based in the Deep South of the Western Cape, Asim brings his experience, creative vision, entrepreneurial discipline and regenerative passion to Pandora. For him, Pandora is not another project — it is a necessary response to a fragmented world: a living environment where strength, work, nourishment and soul move together without compromise. His leadership is quiet, intentional, and focused on birthing infrastructures that regenerate life from the inside out — spaces where individuals can reconnect with what is most true.

Tanya Mukani

Mother, singer, medicine woman, and student of the forest. Tanya’s life and work are inseparable from the sacred landscapes she inhabits and her intimate relationship with the rivers, mountains, forests, and the unseen.

In addition to her path of service and deep connection to the natural kingdom, Tanya’s earlier life in the realms of travel, fashion, and interior design has finely tuned her eye for creating simply beautiful spaces — shaped by a deep attention to detail, impeccability, and grace.

Her journey into healing, prayer, and devotion is one she has walked all her life with great sensitivity. The sacred cycles of life, death, loss, and grief have been her greatest catalysts of remembrance and resilience — cultivating her capacity to hold individuals through the fire of transformation with care, compassion, and trust.

Guided by the Huni Kuin people of the Brazilian Amazon, she was baptised into the tradition, receiving the name Mukani, and entered into Samakey (dieta) to deepen her studies with the sacred master plants, chants, and songs. Since 2016, she has worked in devotion and in service to the forest and the Huni Kuin people, founding Eskawatã Kayawai Africa — a living alliance and growing community where she stands as a bridge between the Amazon Rainforest and Africa.

She holds a deep respect for the wisdom of the ancients — the indigenous caretakers of the Earth — and has worked extensively alongside spiritual leaders in South Africa, Brazil, Europe, India, Costa Rica, and in Tanzania, in union with the Maasai tribe of Kilimanjaro.

Tanya holds space for individuals, couples, and communities to reconnect with themselves, the Earth, and the sacred medicines that remind us who we are, where we come from, and where we are going. Her work is not performance — it is a devotional act of remembrance: where silence, song, prayer, and the master plants converge to heal the spiritual roots of human disconnection.

Her path is rooted in humility, reverence, and the grace of the unseen.

At Pandora, Tanya holds the sacred pulse and life wisdom — ensuring that what is built is not only functional, but deeply alive, deeply human, deeply true. More importantly, it is built in union and harmony — for all our relations, across all kingdoms of plant, animal, human, and spirit … The Beauty Way.
